How to Get Started

Step 1: Set Up Your Store

Navigate to Settings → Store General to configure your store name, logo, address, timezone, and currency.

Step 2: Add Your Products

Go to Products → Create Product to add your first items. You can also bulk-import via CSV or Google Sheets.

Step 3: Configure Warehouses

Set up your warehouse locations under Settings → Warehouses. Assign bin locations to organize your physical inventory.

Step 4: Connect Your Channels

Link your sales channels (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.) under Channel Listings. Newclear will sync your inventory and pricing automatically.

Step 5: Start Selling

Open the Point of Sale to begin ringing up customers. For card payments, pair a Stripe WisePOS E reader under Settings → Payments.


Quick Links

Newclear's sidebar navigation is fully customizable. Your admin can assign which menu items appear in which locations (Aside, Top Header, Profile) under Account → Navigation.

The five navigation groups are:

  1. Core — Dashboard, Products, Inventory
  2. Operations — Orders, Stock Check, Attendance
  3. Sales & Finance — POS, Sales History, Promotions, Affiliates
  4. Settings — Store config, Users, Warehouses, Reactors
  5. Account — Profile, Security, Navigation
