The Newclear Mobile App is a native mobile application built with Flutter, bringing the power of Newclear to your iOS and Android devices. Manage inventory, process sales, scan products, and monitor your business from anywhere.


What the Mobile App Does

The Newclear mobile app is designed for:

  • On-the-go inventory management — Adjust stock, scan barcodes, check product details
  • Mobile POS — Process sales from a tablet on the sales floor
  • Order monitoring — View and update order status from your phone
  • Dashboard at a glance — Key metrics wherever you are
  • Barcode scanning — Use your phone's camera as a barcode scanner

How to Download the APK (Android)

The Newclear mobile app is distributed as a direct APK download:

  1. On your Android device, open a browser and go to your Newclear instance or ask your admin for the APK download link
  2. Download the APK file
  3. You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your Android settings:
    • Go to Settings → Security → Install Unknown Apps
    • Enable for your browser app
  4. Open the downloaded APK file
  5. Tap Install
  6. The Newclear app is installed and appears on your home screen

The APK is distributed by your Newclear administrator, not through the Google Play Store. This is standard for enterprise B2B apps. The APK is signed and safe to install.


iOS Download

For iPhone and iPad, download from the App Store:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for Newclear
  3. Tap Get to install

Or visit the link provided by your Newclear administrator.


Connecting to Your Newclear Account (Newclear Connect)

When you first open the app, you'll need to connect it to your Newclear account:

  1. Open the Newclear mobile app
  2. Tap Scan QR to Connect
  3. On your Newclear web account, go to Settings → Connect
  4. A QR code is displayed on screen
  5. Scan it with the mobile app
  6. The app is connected automatically — no typing needed

Option B: Manual Entry

  1. In the app, tap Manual Setup
  2. Enter your Newclear server URL (e.g., https://prod.newclear.io)
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Tap Connect

Keeping the App Updated

When a new version of the Newclear app is available:

  • Android APK: Download the latest APK from your admin/portal and install over the existing app
  • iOS App Store: Update via the App Store as normal
