Shipday Integration Reactor
The Shipday Integration Reactor connects Newclear with Shipday — a last-mile delivery management platform. Once connected, you can dispatch orders for delivery directly from Newclear, track drivers in real time, and provide customers with live delivery updates.
What Shipday Does
Shipday is a delivery dispatch and tracking platform that:
- Accepts delivery orders and assigns them to drivers
- Provides a driver mobile app (iOS/Android) for turn-by-turn navigation
- Offers real-time tracking links for customers
- Generates proof of delivery (photo, signature)
- Provides a dispatcher dashboard
The Newclear Reactor integrates Newclear orders directly into Shipday's dispatch system.
Prerequisites
- A Shipday account (Free plan available; paid for advanced features)
- A Shipday API Key from your Shipday dashboard
Getting Your Shipday API Key
- Log into your Shipday account at app.shipday.com
- Go to Settings → API
- Copy your API Key

Dispatching an Order for Delivery
Once Shipday is connected, you can send any Newclear order to Shipday for dispatch:
From an Order
- Open the order in Orders section
- Click Dispatch for Delivery
- Fill in the delivery details:
- Customer Address — Pre-filled from the order; edit if needed
- Delivery Date/Time — Scheduled delivery window
- Driver — Assign a specific driver (optional; can auto-assign)
- Notes — Special delivery instructions
- Click Send to Shipday
The order is created in Shipday as a delivery job. The assigned driver receives a notification on their Shipday Driver app.

- Filter by "Ready for Delivery"
- Select multiple orders
- Bulk Actions → Dispatch to Shipday
- Set a delivery date and confirm
Tracking Deliveries
After dispatch:
- On the order detail in Newclear, a Tracking section appears
- Shows current delivery status: Pending → Picked Up → In Transit → Delivered
- A customer tracking link is generated by Shipday — you can send this to the customer
- Estimated delivery time updates in real time
